Platform: Encompasses our website, derivative webpages, online communities, private and public social groups, and any social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Twitter, or other communication channels made available in connection with our services, both now and in the future.

Program Fee: The total payment required in advance to enroll in any of our programs or access other services offered.

Service: Refers to any offering made available on our platform, including but not limited to certification programs, demo sessions, consultations, workshops, webinars, in-person training sessions, or any similar service. It excludes any service rendered free of charge.

Token Amount: A partial payment of the program fee paid in advance to secure a booking and reserve a slot in any of our programs or services for a limited duration.

User: Refers to any individual who accesses, views, or interacts with our platform for the purpose of obtaining information about our services or for any other purpose.
2. Information Collection

3. Refund Policy

Program Fees: Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Access to programs is contingent on full payment.

Non-Refundable: Program fees and token amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, non-usage, or a change of mind.

Exceptional Cases: Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Cohort Learning Space. Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
4. Instalment Policy
In certain cases and at our sole discretion, Cohort Learning may permit learners to pay the program fee in instalments. The following conditions apply:

Payment Schedule: The program fee must be paid in full within the stipulated timeline agreed upon at the time of enrolment. The maximum number of instalments and their deadlines will be communicated by Cohort Learning.

Access to Services: Access to our services is contingent upon timely payment of each instalment. Failure to pay any instalment by the specified due date may result in restricted or revoked access to our programs and services until outstanding payments are cleared.

Auto-Debit Setup: To facilitate seamless payment processing, learners may be required to authorize an automated debit (NACH) for scheduled instalment payments.

Non-Compliance: If any instalment payment fails or remains unpaid after the due date, Cohort Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate the learner's enrolment without further obligation to provide refunds or reinstatement.
5. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

6. Content Ownership
All materials, including training content, visuals, and program designs, are the intellectual property of Cohort Learning Space. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
